As an approved repairer for many of the UK’s leading recreational vehicle manufacturers, we use genuine manufacturer parts whenever available — ensuring your vehicle is restored to as close to factory condition as possible.

In some cases, we may be able to provide an initial estimate using photographs. To find out if this service is suitable for your repair, please follow the checklist below and email the required details to us.

Please email us the following information:

• Full name of the insured
• Home address
• Vehicle make and model
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and year of manufacture
• Insurance company details
• Clear photos of the damage (close-up and full view)
• Any supporting documents (e.g. accident report, insurance reference)
   

We strongly advise against booking holidays or trips while your vehicle is with us for repairs.
Although we always strive to complete work within the estimated time frame, we cannot guarantee completion dates due to the nature of repair work and potential parts availability.
We cannot be held responsible for any missed vacations or travel plans if your vehicle is not ready for collection.
