We understand that accidents can be stressful and inconvenient, which is why we aim to make the repair process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

As an approved repairer for many of the UK's leading caravan and motorhome manufacturers, we use genuine manufacturer parts wherever possible, ensuring your vehicle is restored to the highest standards and as close to its original factory condition as possible.

In some cases, we can provide an initial repair estimate from photographs. To find out whether this service is suitable for your repair, please follow the checklist below and email the required information to us.

Please email us the following:

• Full name of the policyholder
• Home address
• Vehicle make and model
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and year of manufacture
• Insurance company details
• Clear photographs of the damage (close-up and overall views)
• Any supporting documents, such as an accident report or insurance claim reference

We strongly recommend that you do not book holidays or trips while your vehicle is with us for repair.

Although we always aim to complete repairs within the estimated timescale, completion dates cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of repair work and the availability of parts.

Derbyshire Caravan Services Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any cancelled or missed holidays, trips or other travel arrangements if your vehicle is not ready for collection as originally anticipated.
