RETAIL/PAID REPAIRS

We carry out a wide range of retail repairs for caravans and motorhomes, including interior and exterior cosmetic repairs, water damage repairs, trim replacement, general refurbishment, and the replacement of worn or damaged components.

Please note:

• We do not undertake internal layout alterations or modifications to the external structure or features of your vehicle.
• All repairs are completed to manufacturer standards and include a 6-month back-to-base labour warranty (non-transferable). Please note that ABS (plastic) repairs are excluded from this warranty.

Wherever possible, we use genuine manufacturer parts. All components, materials and consumables used during our repairs are brand new—we do not fit refurbished or second-hand parts.

For older vehicles, where genuine parts are no longer available, we source high-quality alternatives from trusted suppliers to ensure the best possible fit, reliability and finish.

Please note: We do not fit customer-supplied safety-critical parts under any circumstances. If you choose to supply your own parts, our 6-month labour warranty will not apply.

To help us deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible, please follow the process below.

Unless your vehicle is being inspected by a member of our team, please send clear photographs of the damage.

Please include:

• Full name and home address
• Vehicle make, model, year of manufacture and VIN
• Contact telephone number and email address

A damp inspection must be carried out at our workshop before we can provide a quotation.

We'll email you a detailed written estimate for the repairs.

If you wish to proceed, we'll request a non-refundable deposit, which usually covers the cost of ordering the required parts.

Once all parts have arrived, we'll contact you to arrange a suitable repair date.

When you bring your vehicle to us, we'll confirm the work to be carried out and provide an estimated completion date. Please be aware that some repairs are more complex than others, and timescales may occasionally change.

All retail repairs are carried out at our workshop. We do not currently offer a mobile repair service.

Although we always aim to complete repairs within the estimated timescale, this cannot be guaranteed. Repair times may vary depending on workshop capacity, the complexity of the repair and the availability of parts.

We strongly recommend that you do not book holidays or trips while your vehicle is with us.

Derbyshire Caravan Services Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any cancelled or missed holidays, trips or other travel arrangements if your vehicle is not ready for collection as originally anticipated.

Eligible repairs are covered by our 6-month back-to-base labour warranty, which applies only to the parts supplied and fitted, and the workmanship carried out by Derbyshire Caravan Services Ltd.
