From January 2025, we will be closed from 12 pm to 12:30 pm for lunch. During this time our doors will be locked, and our staff will be unavailable.

From January 2025, customers will be automatically re-booked for the following year. Due to this, we will retain your previous deposit and transfer it for your next booking. Please see our deposit terms using the link below.

As the weather is very cold at the moment, customers are advised to make sure their water systems are fully drained and faucets in the open position to prevent frost damage in their RV.

If you have not received your new service date for 2025, please contact us to arrange your next service date.

We'll be closed for the festive period from Dec. 21 - Jan. 6.

From Nov. 28 until Dec. 9 our operating hours will be disrupted. During these dates we will only be open to the public by appointment. On Dec. 9, our usual operating hours will resume.

The deposit link text messages are starting to be sent to confirm the 2025 service bookings. The messages from 'DCSCARAVAN' are genuine. The SumUp payment link is secure, and all payments have the highest security protocols in place.

We have introduced some new service options and services. We now offer winter prep, preseason checks and washing to our menu of service options.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a global raw material shortage, and the war in Ukraine, some parts will be delayed. This is out of our control, but the suppliers are working their best to get parts to us in a timely manner.
