Our mobile workshop only covers the following work type:

• Service to your caravan
• Habitation service to your motorhome

We do not offer mobile repairs to customers currently. All repairs and diagnostics are to be done at our workshop in Derby.

We also only carry out servicing on your drive at home. In some cases we may service them in storage or on-site but this on via special arrangement only.

We have now moved to eDocs for service paperwork. For our mobile customers, your service paperwork will be emailed to you with your invoice. For workshop customers, we'll provide you a hardcopy to take away with you, however we will gradually move to paperless at the workshop too!

Make sure when booking, you leave an email address with us so you're ready when we go paperless.

As of April 30, our washing service is discontinued until further notice.

For any customers already scheduled in for the wash, we'll still carry this out, but all new bookings for washing are suspended.

We aim to bring this back in the future, please keep an eye on our 'news' for when we recommence the washing service.

Repairing vehicles can never be precise; this is especially true for damp repairs. To enable us enough time to repair the vehicles, and for the vehicles to correctly dry, we request customers do not book trips away or sell the vehicle when we have it for repairs.

The workshop will not be liable for missed vacations or loss of sale if customers decide to keep their planned vacations or sale.
