Our mobile unit is for servicing only. Any additional work or repairs must be booked into our fully equipped workshop in Derby.

Service Location Policy
- We do not service vehicles on storage sites.
- Servicing at holiday parks or campsites may be possible, but only under certain conditions — please contact us in advance to confirm.
What We Require for a Mobile Service
To carry out your habitation service safely and effectively, please ensure the following:
- Electricity supply connected
- Water-ready in a container (motorhomes: 50% of the fresh water tank filled)
- All security devices removed (we do not refit them after the service)
- Minimum of 3 feet clearance around the entire vehicle
- Locking wheel bolt adapter leave inside the vehicle
- Water pump, auxiliary battery, and a gas cylinder fitted or available
Ground Condition Notice:
Your vehicle must be on hard, level ground. If the ground is soft or unstable, we may not be able to safely lift the vehicle, and some checks may be omitted.
