We take a non-refundable deposit for repair bookings.
This deposit pays for required parts and sundries.
This deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit can also be 1/3 of the repair value if we stock the parts.
The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice on completion of the repair.
The deposit can be taken via SMS or via email.
Customers can freely cancel their booking by contacting us via email, phone, or in person.
We ask customers to provide as much notice as possible to allow us to fill the slot.
We request a minimum notice period of 7 days.
We request customers inform us if they cannot attend their appointment.
We will rearrange the appointment to a more convenient time/date if requested.
If the appointment is missed without notice, we will charge 50% of the total booking amount.
If we manage to fill the slot, the fee may not be applicable.
We hold certain information about you and your vehicle to ensure smooth operation of our services and enable us to assist you with inquiries.
Your data is stored securely and we do not share your information with 3rd parties without your consent.
As we register your annual servicing on manufacturer systems and submit warranty claims/insurance claims, we will share limited information to enable the OEM/insurance companies to process claims. You can check the manufacturers/insurance companies policies by visiting their website or contacting them direct.
When you stop using us, we will store your data until it is archived. You can request your data is deleted by requesting this in writing.
We request customers keep their information up-to-date to enable a smooth delivery of services.
We store a limited amount of parts - all other parts will be ordered on requirement.
Parts ordered from OEM's and suppliers can take days to months depending on their availability.
Manufacturers advise parts can take 4-6 weeks from order to be delivered.
Some parts are made-to-order and can longer than usual, this is beyond our control.
We only receive limited parts tracking from manufacturers and OEM's, and they usually provide an update when parts are shipped.
Specially ordered parts cannot be returned, so please make sure you are 100% certain you wish to proceed before ordering as this is non-refundable.
Please note that all information provided on our website and in any related paperwork is presented in English (United States).
Additionally, all measurements and specifications are provided using the Imperial system (inches, feet, pounds, etc.). This is because our internal systems are based on US standards.
