We have the following procedure for receiving vehicles into our workshop and servicing mobile.
Workshop Appointments
- All towing/storage covers are to be removed
- We recommend customers remove their personal belongings from their vehicle
- All locking wheel bolt adapters are to be left inside the vehicle
- Water pump, gas cylinder, and battery are to be left inside the vehicle
- Alarm/tracker code to be left inside the vehicle (if fitted)
- Please keep to your appointment time, as our workshop is booked accordingly. If you are running late, please let us know ASAP
- Remove all soft furnishings, and personal equipment in the area we are working (essential for vehicles booked for repair)
Mobile Appointments
- Electric supply connected
- For motor homes 50% of fresh water tank filled
- At least 3 feet around the vehicle
- Locking wheel bolt adapter to be left inside the vehicle
- Water pump, battery, and a gas cylinder to be fitted or available
Note: It is essential the vehicle is on hard ground to enable safe lifting of the vehicle. If the ground is soft during the service, we may not lift the vehicle due to safety concerns.
