Preparing Your Vehicle for Your Appointment
To help us complete your service or repair efficiently, please ensure your vehicle is prepared before your appointment.

Please ensure that:
- Any towing or storage covers have been removed before arrival.

- The locking wheel bolt key/adaptor is left inside the vehicle.
- The water pump, leisure battery and at least one gas cylinder are left with the vehicle (where applicable).
- Alarm or tracker codes are provided if fitted.
- You arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Our workshop diary is carefully planned, so if you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

Mobile Appointments
Before our technician arrives, please ensure that:
- A mains electric hook-up is connected.
- Motorhomes have at least 50% of the fresh water tank filled.
- There is a minimum of 2 metres of clear working space around the vehicle.
- The locking wheel bolt key/adaptor is available.
- The water pump, leisure battery and at least one gas cylinder are fitted or available for testing.
Important Information
For safety reasons, your vehicle must be parked on firm, level ground to allow it to be lifted safely where required.
If the ground is too soft or unstable, our technician may be unable to lift the vehicle, and some service or inspection work may not be possible.
