Authorized Warranty Repairs

For Most Major UK Recreational Vehicle Manufacturers and Suppliers


We are proud to be authorized by many leading UK recreational vehicle manufacturers and suppliers to carry out warranty repairs. If your vehicle requires warranty work, please get in touch with us via phone or email.

To help us process your claim quickly, please refer to the checklist below.


Warranty Claim Checklist


Please include the following information when submitting a warranty request:


  • Full name of the owner(s)
  • Home address
  • Vehicle make and model
  • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and year
  • All relevant service documentation (invoices and service check sheets)
  • Clear photos of the issues
  • A detailed description of the problems
  • Any supporting documents (e.g., previous correspondence, manufacturer approval, etc.)
     

For Non-Service Customers (Third-Party Warranty Claims)


If you have not had your vehicle serviced by us, we may not be able to accommodate your warranty claim immediately. In some cases, this can result in extended waiting times or the rejection of the warranty request.

Customers who do service their vehicle with us benefit from what we call our Full-Service Package — this means we’re able to handle eligible warranty work on your behalf (provided the manufacturer is one we are approved by).


Tip: Always ensure your service provider is authorized to carry out warranty repairs. This helps prevent delays or difficulties in the future when warranty issues arise.

Important Booking Advice


We strongly recommend that customers do not book holidays while their vehicle is in our workshop for repair.
Although we aim to complete all work within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen delays can occur.
We cannot be held liable for missed vacations or travel plans if your vehicle is not ready for collection on the scheduled date.
