We are authorized to carry out warranty repairs for most UK recreational vehicle manufacturers and leading suppliers. Should you require any warranty repairs to your vehicle, email or call us today. See the warranty checklist below for what we need.

Warranty Claim Check-List

• Full name of the owner(s)
• Address
• Vehicle make and model
• VIN & year
• All service documents (invoice and check sheet)
• Photos of the issues
• A detailed explanation of the problems
• Supporting documents 

Non Service Customers (3rd Party)

Customers requesting warranty work done through us who haven't had their vehicle serviced by us may incur lengthy waiting times or rejection of the work. By having your service with us, and as a service customer, we can also take on warranty work for you (proving it is a manufacturer we are approved by). We call this the 'Full-Service Package.' 

We recommend contacting your supplying dealer or service provider for the customers we cannot assist. We always advise customers to make sure their service provider can carry out warranty work, as this will save issues locating a repairer in the future.

We strongly advise customers not to book vacations when we have their vehicle for repair. The workshop is not liable for missed vacations should the leisure vehicle not be ready for collection.
