We are proud to be an authorised warranty repair centre for many of the UK's leading caravan and motorhome manufacturers and suppliers.

If your vehicle requires warranty repairs, please contact us by telephone or email. To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, please provide the information listed below.

Please include the following when submitting your warranty request:

• Full name of the owner(s)
• Home address
• Vehicle make and model
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and year of manufacture
• Service documentation, including invoices and service inspection sheets
• Clear photographs of the fault(s)
• A detailed description of the issue(s)
• Any supporting documents, such as previous correspondence or manufacturer authorisation

If your vehicle has not previously been serviced by us, we may not be able to accommodate your warranty repair immediately. Depending on workshop availability and the manufacturer's requirements, this may result in longer waiting times or, in some cases, we may be unable to accept the warranty repair.

Customers who have their vehicle serviced with us benefit from our comprehensive aftercare service. Where the manufacturer has authorised us to carry out warranty work, we're able to manage eligible warranty repairs on your behalf, making the process as straightforward as possible.

Tip: Always ensure your servicing workshop is authorised by your vehicle's manufacturer to carry out warranty repairs. This can help avoid unnecessary delays should you need to make a warranty claim in the future.

We strongly recommend that you do not book holidays or trips while your vehicle is with us for warranty repairs.

Although we always aim to complete repairs within the estimated timescale, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur due to workshop scheduling or the availability of parts.

Derbyshire Caravan Services Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any cancelled or missed holidays, trips or other travel arrangements if your vehicle is not ready for collection within the estimated timescale.
