Customer can now send us messages and images via WhatsApp. We recommend using this as a secondary service, as our email system via the website creates tickets and WhatsApp doesn't. The number is 07851463968. This is only available Mon-Friday 08:00 - 16:00.
From April, the email email@example.com will no longer be in use. Our primary will be firstname.lastname@example.org which is what our website uses anyway. For those subscribed to our newsletter, you'll get this soon.
This year we celebrate 20 years as an Approved Workshop Scheme member. For over 20 years, we have been assuring our customers that their vehicles warranty will remain valid when having a service with us.
We have introduced some new service options and services. We now offer winter prep, preseason checks and valeting to our menu of service options.
Every now and then, we send text messages to our customers. This will come from a mobile number or the sender ID 'DCSSERVICE' or 'RVSERVICE'. These are genuine messages from us, but if you are in doubt, please contact us to confirm.
We now take deposits for service bookings. At the point of booking, customers will be asked for a deposit payment. Once the service has been completed, this will be taken from the total amount of your invoice or transferred to the following year.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a global raw material shortage, and the war in Ukraine, some parts will be delayed. This is out of our control, but the suppliers are working their best to get parts to us in a timely manner.
